My name is Curtis Peyton, and I built I'm The Man Services on a simple idea: homeowners deserve a contractor who shows up, does the work personally, and stands behind every project with their name on the line. My passion for building, flooring, landscaping, and carpentry started in my early days in Denver and has only deepened over the past 15+ years of hands-on work across Colorado Springs and El Paso County.

I'm The Man Services is not a franchise, not a referral network, and not a crew you've never met. When you hire us, you get me — an NWFA-certified craftsman with deep experience in bathroom and kitchen remodeling, hardwood and LVP flooring, custom water features, pergolas, deck covers, basement finishing, and more. I bring in a trusted network of licensed plumbers, electricians, and specialists as needed, but I coordinate everything and I'm accountable for the outcome.
