At I'm The Man Services, we created the ultimate cat wonderland that’s sure to make tails twitch with delight! This cat oasis is a dynamic blend of fun, safety, and nature—offering a 24/7 outdoor playground that our feline friends can enjoy any time they please.

The space features a mix of lush, real grass and easy-to-maintain artificial turf, giving cats the best of both worlds: a natural feel under their paws and a clean, green space that stays beautiful all year round. There’s even a special patch of catnip planted just for them—so they can indulge in their favorite treat whenever the mood strikes!

We built sturdy ramps with rope-wrapped steps for climbing, cozy perches for sunbathing, and plenty of hidey holes for those much-needed catnaps. The clear corrugated roof lets the sunshine in while keeping the rain out, making it the perfect spot to watch the world go by.

Landscaped garden beds with real plants and rocks add a touch of nature, making the space feel like a mini jungle. And with 24/7 access, your furry companions can come and go as they please, ensuring they never miss a moment of adventure.

Taking on the challenge of remodeling a historic 1800s apartment, I aimed to blend modern functionality with the charm of the original architecture. The project began with the ceilings, where I installed brand-new drywall to replace the aged and uneven surfaces, creating a fresh, clean look that brightened the space.

Next, I refreshed the entire interior with a new coat of paint, carefully selecting colors that complemented the apartment’s character while adding a contemporary touch. The flooring was completely redone, enhancing durability and aesthetics.

The bathroom required extensive work, as the subfloor was rotted beyond repair. I replaced it entirely before installing new, stylish tile. I also removed the old cast iron tub and installed a modern replacement, giving the space a fresh and updated look. To elevate the design, I took the tile all the way to the ceiling, creating a sleek, high-end finish that also adds durability and moisture protection.

The kitchen underwent a full renovation, transforming it into a functional and inviting space. Every element was updated—new cabinetry, countertops, and modern appliances—while maintaining a nod to the apartment’s historical charm.

This custom floating deck was built to solve a tricky side-yard challenge—snow accumulation, uneven terrain, and obstructed access to basement window wells. We installed a sleek, weather-resistant composite deck system that floats above the grade and steps cleanly over two basement egress windows.

The deck provides a dry, level walking surface in an otherwise sloped, icy zone. It’s built with proper clearance for drainage and venting, and framed with a self-supporting platform that keeps all utilities accessible. The fascia is mitered clean, matching the modern look of the home while protecting the framing below.

Decking: Grooved composite planks with hidden fasteners for a seamless surface

Drywall went up, followed by a fresh knockdown texture to match the room’s vibe ?. After priming & painting, we added the door and finished it off with trim for that perfect, polished look! ?

Now, this basement bedroom has a beautiful, functional closet that ties the whole space together! ?
